CTBUH Awards: Best Tall Building Middle East & Africa / Mejor Edificio Alto del Medio Este y África

Ocho son las Categorías con las que premia anualmente el CTBUH Consejo de Edificios Altos y Hábitat Urbano y entre ellas se encuentra la de Mejor Edificio Alto del Medio Este y África. Este importante galardón, que comenzó en el año 2010, ha premiado hasta el momento a edificios altos y rascacielos muy importantes como la Torre de Doha, también conocida como Torre de Qatar, diseño de Jean Nouvel, The Index, obra de Foster & Partners o el Burj Khalifa de SOM. El interesante galardón premia cada año la excelencia en el diseño y construcción de los edificios altos que hayan sido construidos en la región del Medio Este y África, (El Continente Africano, los Emiratos Árabes Unidos, Abu Dhabi, Arabia Saudita o Qatar, entre otros países).

Eight are the Categories with which annually awards the CTBUH Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat and among them is the Best Tall Building Middle East and Africa. This important award, which began in 2010, has so far awarded to very tall buildings and skyscrapers such as the Doha Tower, also known as Tower of Qatar, designed by Jean Nouvel, The Index, designed by Foster & Partners or Burj Khalifa by SOM. The award honors every year interesting excellence in the design and construction of high rise buildings which were built in the Middle East and Africa, (Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, among others countries).
