Arriba, vista nocturna del sorprendente rascacielos que dibuja mediante una serie de luces la estructura perimetral del edificio en losange; abajo, algunos bocetos previos a la elaboración del proyecto del Guangzhou IFC realizados por parte de Jim Eyre y Chris Wilkinson ( Wilkinson Eyre Architects ) / Above, the amazing night view skyscrapers glimpse through a series of lights perimeter of the building structure in diamond, below, some sketches prior to the drafting of the Guangzhou IFC made by Jim Eyre and Chris Wilkinson ( Wilkinson Eyre Architects )

Its elegant design, which has been conceived as "a thin crystalline form", has 103 plants reaching a height of 439 meters, making it the ninth tallest skyscraper in the world today. The highlight of this exciting project type hybrid for various applications is the main office tower and a luxury hotel, with a viewpoint of observation and a helipad on top.

Upstairs Atrium Render completion of the building corresponds to the luxury hotel. The various suites are distributed on the outer perimeter offering wonderful city views in all directions. In the initial draft were scheduled Planning twin towers and symmetrical with respect to the new backbone, as a kind of gateway to the city, where the new TV tower Canton Tower, had been right in between two towers forming a whole / En el proyecto inicial de Planificación Urbana se habían previsto dos torres gemelas y simétricas con respecto al nuevo eje vertebrador, como una especie de puerta de entrada a la ciudad, donde la nueva torre de televisión Canton Tower, hubiese quedado justo en medio de sendas torres conformando un todo a modo de pirámide imaginaria

The Guangzhou IFC is currently the fourth tallest building in China behind the Shanghai World Financial Center in Shanghai KPF, the International Commerce Centre in Hong Kong by César Pelli, and Zifeng Tower in Nanjing City, designed by SOM and ECADI / El Guangzhou IFC es actualmente el cuarto edificio más alto de China por detrás del Shanghai World Financial Center de Shanghai de KPF, el International Commerce Centre de Hong Kong de César Pelli, y la Zifeng Tower, en la ciudad de Nanjing, obra de SOM y ECADI

The innovative floor of the building, triangular curved divided into 3 sections of 120 ° each, thus offers a completely streamlined which greatly reduces the load horizontal section through the action of wind, providing an important static function. The facade consists of a curtain wall system with a double LOW-E glazing type, which provides significant acoustic insulation and facilitates the entry of natural light with energy saving lighting and air conditioning. The outer ring of the building, based on tubular steel columns filled with concrete in lozenge, make the role of load-bearing wall and connected to a triangular central core where they are staying all building services, lifts, emergency stairs and facilities. The "elegant simplicity", combined with the perimeter structure lozenge appears to be part of the facade itself, give the work a great personality and character.

View of the construction process of the curtain wall where all prefabricated glass panels were placed at an angle, due to the immediate vicinity of the diagrid structure with glass on the facade, it suggests the outline of the diamond structure from outside the building / Vista del proceso de construcción del muro cortina en el que todos los paneles prefabricados de vidrio se situaron de forma inclinada; debido a la inmediata proximidad de la estructura diagrid con el vidrio de la fachada, éste deja entrever la silueta de la estructura en losange desde el exterior del edificio

The majestic tower is divided into 5 Guangzhou superposed, four at the start that correspond to the floors of offices, and higher, higher than the other internal modules, which is the luxury hotel / La majestuosa torre de Guangzhou se divide en 5 cuerpos superpuestos, cuatro en el arranque que se corresponden con las plantas de oficinas, y el superior, de mayor altura que el resto de módulos internos, en el que se encuentra el hotel de lujo denominado Guangzhou Four Seasons Hotel

The first 66 floors are for offices, while the Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou from the plant is 67 to 100. The glass skin of the facade hints at the innovative diagrid structure. Because you have used this type of structure with beams diagrid diagonal loading, the IFC Guangzhou has become the world's tallest building in this genre, a tall building previous example of this type of structural system could be Hearst Tower by Norman Foster for New York, just 182 meters from the architectural level. Guangzhou City is betting on the construction of new modern architecture, renewing the urban fabric and providing new emblematic works like Canton Tower or Liede Bridge. The Guangzhou IFC project is completed at the foot of the building with a podium, which has a mall, a convention center, stores, an apartment block annex and different plants under ground parking on the street.
